Ofcourse! Man is a "social animal".If you dont have relation ships with people eg your peers,your boss,or the public,how can you expect to excell in your career,or be a politician or a leader for that matter ,Our life and our existance depends on other people.Interdependance is the key to success.The sooner we learn it the better.
