Spouse that cheats and then has kids what do you do?

I would hope to never be in that situation, but if you LOVE someone you love them for who they are not for what they do or what they have done in the past. The baby is not to blame either. I would try to love the baby and move on with the relationship if I was in love with the person. Which in this case you must be in love or you never would have taken them back after they cheated. There is always a chance that a child will be born when anyone has an affair. That was a chance you took and now just make the best of it. The only other alternative is to give up the relationship and move on.

I don't know what would I be doing in such a situation. That would be a great strike to me. I don't think that I would be able to live with my spouse if she acted in such a way.
