house,home.what's the difference between the two?

i really get confused on many occasions as to which one of the above should i use in my discussion.can anyone explain the difference between the two though they seem to be same?thank you for your help in advance.

i don't think there is a difference its just how you are using it in a sentence

house is the structure and home is your family and the people living in it.. thats what i learned from grde school
