why is it that when people need help installing something on there computer or help setting something up or just having problems with a device, the first person the call is the only number they can get? There ISP??? even with the internet they dont go to google and type the companys name. Instead they spend 5-20 minutes searching for that bill that has the number and only to get told that "we dont support that"

it's this perception that people have.. that calling the number on the bill is the easiest and the quickest way to get support.... they dont bother searching over the internet, cze they think that searching is probably gonna create more fuss then simply grabbing the bill, and calling up the number!
