I just wanted to know predictions for the upcoming 2007 baseball season. The Mets just missed last year, and are looking to regain there momentum that they had. What does everyone think. Whos going all the way this year?

I am worried. I think by allowing the utility players and several of the bullpen to leave, the team chemistry won't be as great as the past season. A two big pieces were Darren Oliver and Chris Woodward.

Darren Olive and Chris Woodward were key pieces without a doubt. I just hope that whoever is replacing them equals there quality or even is much better. Pedro is most likely out for half the year and that is big too, even though he isnt as sharp as he used to be, he is a big part of the team. As long as the players stay healthy this year, we have a chance.

Yeah, i really liked Darren Oliver and Chris Woodward. I Really Really Liked Brian Bannister and im real sad to see him go to Kansas. Today Alay Soler got released, he might not had the best games, but i liked him too. Its going to be a good offensive year. Jose Reyes is doing great in the spring, 4+ Stolen Bases, 3+ HRs, more then anyone else on the team. Glad to have tommy back for one more year. Pitching is my concern. We Have Glavine, El Duque, Maine. An Uncertain Sanchez, a Struggling Heilman. I Have no trust in perez. I'll Rather have Pelfry and Humber come in as 4 and 5. The Bullpen is alright. Roberto Hernandez always seems to do good with the mets, but always wants to leave, he's gone. Other then that i really like our chances, NL East champions is the least.
