I am boycotting Citgo

For many different reasons. Once I discovered that this company is owned by the government run by Hugo Chavez, it was the last straw for me. They are a horrible company. Are you biycotting them or considering it? Get more information at http://citgoboycott.org

I know. I have seen some of the bumper stickers around lately. People are finally waking up to the knowledge that a foriegn dictator is trying to leverage gas prices.

Yes, but consumers have power in choice. Companies have markets here because they feel they NEED them. If they loose the business it really hurts them.

I really don't think about it all that much. I get gas where it is the cheapest. I can't remember the last time I have even used Citgo; they are always the HIGHEST. If we don't buy Citgo oil, won't they just sell it to another country like India or China?

I've boycotted it since last year. I just can't see my even a small portion of my hard earned cash going to this mad man.
