Interior Dsign prices per m2 or per hour in RSA and Canada

Hello. Would like to know if any of you Dsigners are frank enough ( iI don't need your company name etc) in putting forward what is is you charge either -per m2 - per hour -per senior & - junior Dsigner and how do you charge Project Managment & implementations per m2 or per hour etc. It seems ALWAYS a hassle that what ever affordable one make its companies prices CLIENTS always end up saying its expensive. I am interested in the two markets as I work in both..RSA and VANCOUVER CANADA Let's admit it Dsigners yes we love and need money like everyone but when it comes to charge, the shrude Corporates always want to the upper hand when it comes to pay & appoint a Dsigner to a project. We just have someone who is moving into TOP real estate in RSA 700m2 best of views etc and who claims that Dsigning and Project managing implementation the entire project at 50 US $ per m2 is EXPENSIVE We know some of the well knows agencies charge 100 US per hour for a Senior Designer. What would be interesting is to get feedback from others who are NOT LARGE TEAM DESIGN STUDIOS, what and how they charge. For architectural work we know exact where we stand and what the general % fee is per projet . But in Interiors there seem to be an awful lot of undercutting simply to get the job and we think WELL KNOWN DESIGN STUDIOS also undercut drastically to tip the balance in their favor..
