I really need to know if it's just me or if myspace is losing it's flair. I mean at first it was all like ok I can make my backgrounds and do my comments and the rest. Personally I believe It's all the support sites that made it popular. What Do you Think?

I just like it because I can keep in touch with old friends and such. I never really liked the site for much more than that.

Other than keeping in touch with old friends I guess its nice to meet new people. There are a ton of people that I have met through Myspace from my area that I would probably have never met before. But I have never been totally in love with it, it is just another site. It did get old however just for the fact that EVERYONE has a Myspace and at one point EVERYONE was talking about it.

I've had an on again off again relationship with myspace. At first it was just another site to me. Somebody invited me to join, I set up a profile and never visited it again. Then months went by and I got trapped with the pictures of all the sexy half naked women, so I started again, found all about html manipulation on the site had my favorite song or beat playing in the background and was meeting people...then I stopped again when that got boring. Then when I started writing again and making music I decided to start posting in my blog and frequenting myspace again. The thing is, each time I came back, I learned something new to like about the site all over again and so I came coming back.

My friend reminded me last week that I had an account on myspace that I had completely forgotten about. I had signed up there for some college reuinon that never happened and never went there again. I have had that account for quite some time, probably close to a year but I put my first blog entry (and probably the last) yesterday. I never added any friends on there so I'm kind of just floating there alone in thin air. My invite box was full of profiles marked with an red x, saying that profile had been removed. I have no idea if those were people I actually knew or if they were complete strangers. I haven't decided what to do with that account but I'll let it float around for a while until I decide.

same here, i like it because i can keep in contact with my friends who live in other places, and also my family as well. i also use it as a good way for networking. i think that the majority of the people there are there to promote something of some sort through either business profiles or personal profiles.

I have freinds that live in Japan. Right now I'm focusing on designing a site better than that

I absolutely agree with you. I used to go on myspace everyday at least a few times, but now I go on it about one or two times a week. I like using facebook a lot now.

Exactly, at one point it was everyday Myspace. I've even went as far as changing my Profile and making it to where only my real friends are there.

I use MySpace to market my books. And myself as a life coach. I found it an easy way to stay in touch with my clients, as they are all over the world. I have myspace listed as my website on my profile. I only joined back in August, but already have over 3600 views. I am also a webmaster, and found myspace to be a fun easy way to get a website online. I don't have to worry about generating traffic to my site, like I would if I had started from scratch. I had originally stayed away from it because I thought it was a place for kids to hang out. But I found out that it was originally started for artists to promote themselves.

I could certainly understand that, sure beats paying for hosting, domain names, search engines and the rest
