I like the convenience of digital, as others have already mentioned. I can also manipulate the images much more easily than when I used to use a darkroom. I can do things in Photoshop I could never do with a darkroom! :)
I do admit printing is still a problem. Only the very high-end printers and ink will give art quality results. So that's still expensive, but it's getting better.
There is a nostalgia for old black & white photography, and I imagine some people in the art world will always use it. But I prefer digital.

I do love my digital camera b/c I feel more willing to take as many pictures as I want (b/c it's free until I print them!) I can take multiple shots and angles and pick the best later.
I find it's best to develop them through a website like snapfish or through a kinkos, rather than using your own printer. My printer works for small jobs, but doesn't look the greatest when I want real photos. Snapfish/walgreens photos are cheaper than film cameras, and I can choose exactly what ones I want printed! (ie - skip the bad shots)
I still like film cameras though, I just don't use mine very much anymore :)

Digital cameras are much better than film cameras. No waiting for development of the film. You can edit, adjust, and crop the pics with software on your computer. Overall, digital is cheaper, faster, sharper, and better.

I love my DigitalCamera. I used to have a Film SLR but as digital cameras startd improving I did a quick caculation on the cost of film and processing vs buying a digital camera. I paid for the camera the first year. I feel I have greater freedom with the digital and do not use film any more. The quality of the picture is as good as film and I only pay for the prints i really want. I will stick with the digital until something better comes along.

I like my digital camera. I can take photos which before I have digicam I cant do. ^^ Wehehehehe I can delete and take a picture how many I want ^^
I like digital photography. But my sister like digital photography editing ^^

I am not against digital photography. Digital cameras are better because you have a lot of more options (you can erase the pictures you don't like, modify them etc.) and you can store a lot of them at a low cost.

The only comparison between a digital or traditional camera is our own desire. The advantages of digital camera is so vast compared to that of a traditional kind.
You can edit, delete and store countless of photos. Camera is much more portable. Price is reasonable.
I like my digital camera because it is earning money for me when I get to take lots of photos and upload them to mylot. Isn't this a good advantage of digital camera?

i think digital camras are great i love the way i can edit my pictures and delete the ones i dont like before i print them out, this means im not paying for processing before i have seen what im getting

We finally got ourselves a digital camera and it has been great for pictures for Ebay and taking pictures at Halloween. Going straight to the computer gives us immediate access to pictures and we can manipulate them for improvement or fun. I also have a disposable camera. I worry about ruining the digial and the disposable one I can travel with and not worry about it being stolen.

Digital camera is much simpler to use and perfect the frame as one can see the exact way in which the photo will be recorded.There i werry little work to be done by the photographer. Any person can take average quality pictures with digital cameras. the Filim camera need some good practice or you will end up completly destroying a roll of filim.That does not mean i am against digital cameras. They are really a gift of modern technology according to me filim camera is better than digital camera for a proffesional

I love my digital camera. My husband bought if for me 3 christmases ago . It is my third one. The first one was an Olympus 1.3 Mega Pixel and it was hard for me to transition to digital from regular film, but once I did there was no going back. My second one was a Olympus 4.3 Mega Pixel and it was wonderful, until we took it to the beach and sand got inside it and ruined it. My third one, the one I have now is the best ever it is a Sony Cybershot 8 Mega Pixel camera and it takes excellent pictures. I love it and I eill never go back to a regular camera.

i love digital cameras. im not much of a photographer but using digital cameras gives me a photographer feeling. i can take all the shots i want and discard the others. while in the traditional camera, every shot counts because it is filmed. so if you took a picture with a tradtional camera, make sure that you got a nice shot or you'll end up rgretting it.
