The two faced boss!!!

I work at a daycare and for the past six months Ive loved it. Untill recently I saw the bad side of my boss. This whole week she has been nagging and acting rude to all of us. One of the children dislocated their elbow playing ring around the rosie nad now were due for an inspection. She has been so uptight lately. There have been things that are broken and not things that we could get cited for. ALl of a sudden she flips out about every little thing that she already knew was broken or out of order and says she will not "tolerate careless employees to ruin her chances and opprotunities." Although we did our job and told her things where broken and she just blew it off until this whole inspection deal. Now its our fault its not fixed. So I told her the lock on the cabinet where the chemicals are held was broken and a child opened it today. Her reply was oh that has been broken for years!! Just wiggle it a bit and it will be ok. She is very too face and doesnt really care like eveeryone thinks she does. She's in it for herself. Does anyone else have a horrible boss??
