Error Messages

Hello. When trying to open a link from an email, I constantly receive the message,"The program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete, please restart. When I restart, the problem is still there. Can anyone help? Billy.

Can you please tell the Program you are trying to open and the browser you are using, hope then i can help you.
