The use of handheld PDA today.

I am an ardent user of handheld pda. My favourite os is palm os even though windows mobile has upgraded tremendously. For the past 6 years of using handheld pda, I find that I am able to organise my contacts, events, etc with better efficiency. However, I noticed that I have become slightly lazier. I do not bother to remember phone numbers, addresses. My reliance on the PDA contacts is almost addictive. What are your views on the usage of pda in our daily life. Professionals never deny that the technology of pda has certainly been a great help. Many cannot do without their handhelds. How about you?

I love my PDA - but I don't use it for any of what you've mentioned above - I dowload ebooks/stories to it so I can always have something to read wherever I go - much smaller than taking a huge novel :-)

To be honest, I feel I cannot live without my pda. My wife resigned herself to that fact too. Everywhere I go, I just have to carry it with me. Even to the bathroom!
