How do you find if someone is attractive?

I really think that a gut is so attractive when he know how to start and maintain a conversation with interesting topics, smarts guy really attracts me (not smart looking guy only). The way a man's dressed also can say alot about their personality. What dou you all think? I like a guy wearing a working suit or a casual outfit, but not too much accesories pleaseee...:p
