how frequently do you lie

Every person say lie. Some says lie just for fun ,some for their benefits,Some may hurt others.Take your time and count the numer of lies that you have said in one day. And check how many could me avoidable, ow many hurt othrs, how many of them prompted u to say more lie. Just keep it in mind and u can see a drastic change in one week.

its really ironic to answer this. If i say that i lie every now and then. how will you know that im not lying now?
