Will mylot stop paying me for responses after I mark a best response?

I got around 225 responses in one of my discussion and I marked the response numbered 89 as the best response. Responses were coming after that also. I did not make any posts that day and read all the responses. But you know what I was paid ,just 0.88$. I asked one of my friends about this and he said that mylot pays us only till we don't mark a best response and this marks the end of the discussion. Is this true? If it is then I'll not give out a best response until the topic dies out.

I really dont know how true that is.I have never heard that.I thought they just pay you for posting responses and starting discussions never heard of that.I have a few discussions that i need to mark best responses myself.

As far as I know you only get paid for what you and your referls post. Does not matter how many responses are under your discussion.

no its not like that . In mylot's guidelines and rules it is stated that we'll get paid for the responses in our discussions also.

I'm not sure about this at all. I'm glad you brought it up. I thought that as long as you kept posting, you would get paid, but maybe not. Good post.

I read almost all the posts and almost all of them were quality responses. but I did not get it. what I was expecting was a good amount of money.
