should criminals be allowed to participate in the electoin procedure

Itis the responsibility of the ruling government to ensure that proper legislation is made to keep the criminals away from election procedures. It is really pathetic situation to know that it is the politicians who themselves are criminals one way or the other, harbour other criminals to gain power.
