Is ban against Hijab in some europian countries right or wrong. I think its against human rights. What do u say?

Definitely wrong. Just because everyone doesn't understand it doesn't mean that it should not be allowed. Respect for other cultures and religions needs to be acknowledged and practiced more widely. Alse tolerance needs to be exercised. It is these lines of narrow thinking that cause problems like religion fuelled wars in the first place.
