DTH Dish TV in India has cheated me.I subscribed to it a year back. That time they were giving TCT, 3ABN and God TV which attraced me.Those are free to air channels. But these crooks included it in thier paychannel list. In between before completing a year they removed both TCT and 3ABN and BBC. Hence I did not renew it. When the date of renewal came they removed all channels and left those useless DOORDARSHAN channels which are free to air. They had told me that they wont be charging anything extra. But after 4 months they sent me bill for those free to air channels.Which I said not possible because they are free as per thier condition. Then they removed all channels including Doordarshan free channels. Now that dish is a waste for me.DISH TV from Zee be careful.Others should not get cheated like this. They cheat thier customers this way.

Again going to those people pleading them,I felt instead just throw the dish to waste basket would be best. But again if they are still accumulating thier charges.I dont know.I had paid them 4000.00 while taking it.Now even if I have thrown it to one corner they must be calculating my hard earned money.I feel very odd about these crooks.

Thank you for your response. What is the use of development in technology ?But if they dont give us good channels ? Our people who dectate Prasar Bharathy are to be blamed. There are so many clean channels from abroad, but our people wont allow. We are forced to watch our great door darshan only.

The same is happened to me also. DIsh TV has included many free to air private channels in paid package. If I am using an ordinery DTH receiver I will get those channels free. I don't know why TRAI is not taking care of all these things. There should be a seperate regulatory authority for cable and DTH services.
