Why do we comment others?

I do comment others.But I feel it is stupidity to comment others without even knowing them.I know some people who comment on everything, the way one dresses or the way one walks , anything.I really feel bad when someone comments like this.

Yes many people comment and i do but i do it for fun nothing else and when we comment that person wont be there so no problem for me.I think its not bad to comment as its human nature to pass any comment on anything notonly human beings but also others things both in good and bad ways.

commenting r done just for time pass...but the same comment when heard by them changes the whole suitation... commenting can be done... but see to that it dosent hurt others...
