art of eating biriyani

A friend asked me the other day "do you know how to eat biriyani"...as I looked at him quizzically he continued "It has to be eaten with your fingers and your nose has to sweat while you eat"...I said "What!!" and he replied,"followed by a noisy burp...". Do you agree?

I agree to it a thousand percent and by the way the very mention of the name is making me really hungry and my nose is getting red all the way!
