Do you render good customer service? Were the people satisfied from the service you gave them?Did you experience where in customers are not right? How do u deal with customers?I dont think that customers are always right, because several times i've experienced that the customers lie just for them not to pay for what they got.Just like in a hospital scenario wherein some patients and their family would insist that the service wasn't good, and that they were not on time and even to the point of complaining that some of the employees didn't treat them well, complaining infront of the other customers, and at the end when the problem was settled, their main problem was they dont have enough money to pay. Even how good your service to people, there are also people who would take advantage of the services you offer.

Yes, it's true that there really are customers who intentionally make a fuss or scene for a selfish purpose. However, if your work is customer service provider, then even if you know that the customer is wrong, you cannot argue with him because he is still a customer who patronizes your service. I once worked with a fastfood restaurant wherein customer is the number one priority becasue they are the lifeblood of the restaurant. If there are no customers who patronize our store, then we wont have any earnings and therefore the owners wont have money to pay our salary. Therefore, even if we encounter customers who are difficult or who complain just for the sake of complaining,we still try to appease them and not argue with them.

You are correct. That's why customers are always right even if they would do something wrong. You have given me what to do and how to manage those kind of people.

The Customer is not always right. But, there is not much you can do unless you truly feel harassed or threatened. :( Most of the time you just have to smile and try to resolve the complaint and not let it get to you. :)

The customer is not always right. I've found that of the few customers who've had complaints with our company, most were simply trying to get over or get something for nothing. The remainder had legitimate complaints or problems that we were more than happy to resolve....and they were polite about the whole thing. Most people who complain are tight wads trying to get in your pocket.

When you are working in a service oriented establishment, it is always wise to treat customers as always right. They may lie most of the times just to get through with what they want, but still we need to let them feel that they are still right. This is simply because we need them. Any business will never be successful without enough customers. While customers could always choose which shop they want to purchase something for example, bussiness owners cant choose who or what kind of customer they want. So whether they are bad or good, customers still worth the best services they could have.
