your welcome.. it's funny.. on night my hubby came in from work.. all i saw was a big shadow and I screamed my head off.. so yeah.. the alone thing really gets ya when your spooked... lol

I tend to think that ghost are people who feel they need to finish something before they can move on. Or they asked to be able to visit this world to help guide family and let them know they (the ghosts) are alright.

I have seen more than one, and if you want proof that they exist check out your own culture, surely there is a history that they exist. Can you prove that they don't exist?

What a good point, when they enter your dreams it can be a totally different sensation. They can turn dreams to nightmares. I know this may sound silly but try asking them what they want or why are they here? It may change the feeling from fear to curiosity.
