connecting to pc with gprs connection using motorola v . 66

i am having problem with gprs connection . i have my account with IDEA CELLULAR IN INDIA . even though i have received my gprs settings i am not able to connect to my pc and also not receiving any data on my motorola v. 66 handset . on the screen connection logo is displayed with 'sending' message how can i solve my problem
