If I'm gonna have my first born, we want it to be a guy so that he can be trusted with full responsibility with his younger siblings when he grows. And besides, he's gonna be the bearer of our sirname. You, what would you prefer? A girl for your first baby or would it be a boy?

The baby itself a great gift from the God. But our family wants first baby should be boy. Infact I want my first baby should be a girl. B'coz girls understand parents feelings very well.

Actually the gender of baby doesn't really matter to me, as I think it's a gift, be it a boy or a girl, I'll definitely love him or her. Hence, I don't have the pressure from the family of having a son or daughter. Many of my friends prefer daughters, as they think daughters are more lovely and caring. I think it really depends on the education and the characteristics of the kids. Boys can be lovely and caring too. I think my son is very lovely and caring, and he always says he want to protect me, though he's only 3 years old.

well i am not married now but i have this dream of having my first child a "son". being a girl i have faced the fact that its not easy for a girl to survive without difficulties and issues that persists in term of girls only. so mother of boys are more tension free and more secured(though the trends are changing rapidly),being a gal's mom it will make me more suspicious and prone to taking tension regarding my daughter and her issues of life.
