Help i am trying to loose weight can you give me any good tips?

I have a big night out with my boyfriend in a month time and i want to look my best and sexy can you help me with any good tips for loosing weight as i really need to loose a few pounds thanks for your help

Drink plenty of water no soda or juice and lots of walking. Switch eating your dinner from night to morning and your breakfast at night. I saw it on tv the other night. It works.

i have not tried that but i am not sure if i could eat my dinner in the morning thou thanks for your comment

drink lots of ice cold water. eat minimal amounts of carbohydrates. excercise at least one hour a day. drink lots of ICE cold water!. and i mean lots of it.

I think the answer is obvious: don't eat too much and exercise plenty! Eat low-fat foods. Eat lots of fruit. Drink water regularly. Walk everywhere. Join a gym. Go swimming for two hours every (other) day. One month isn't a lot, I wouldn't expect to lose a lot of weight in that amount of time. In fact, it probably isn't very healthy to just drop your weight that fast? Maybe you should get an appointment with a nutricionist.

it's just a personal responsibility & your love of yourself. pre-plan your menu for the week so that you will not end up eating fastfoods - love your homemade recipes! prepare your food with less fat or minimize frying & sauteeing. go for white meats like chicken & fish then prepare with grilling , roasting , or just steam. maximize vegetables & fruits in the menu then load up yourself with water. for snacks just fill your fridge with non-fat yogurt or milk , saltine , granola bars & soy products.

I had to drop 60 pounds and I did, over the course of one year. I did this by not eating all that was on my plate. Then I went to smaller servings and that's all it took. I just had to decide when I was full and just eating because I love to eat. :) You have to be strong so you can push your chair away from the table.

go on a salad and green vegetables diet and you will loose some kgs for sure TRY TRY UNTIL YOU SUCCEED

I am trying to lose 50 pounds as well. I lost two and a half last week. I refuse to diet though. Instead, I am changing eating habits. I am only changing habits that I know I can keep up with for the rest of my life and it wont' just be a fad I go through. The first step I took was to start eating breakfast every morning. This helps with metabolism. The next thing was to slowly increase my water intake until I was up to 64 ounces per day. By doing this you will also lose water weight, your body will feel better as well. Then I decided my goal was to get 5 fruits and/or vegetables every day. I have stopped buying junk food, but if I want a treat now and then I allow it. I have been trying to pay close attention to portions and make sure that I am not over eating. I get plenty of food, I don't feel hungry, but I don't let myself eat until I feel extremely full. If I didn't get enough to eat I snack on fruit in between meals.

I've once jogged along the neiborhood, every morning. And also tried threadmills, climbing up and down the stairs but I never tried those easy fat burning stuffs. If you want to have your natural body-frame back, you have sweat for it..

Hi Blondegirl. That's easy. Lay off of eating hamburgers, sausage,bacon and eating sweets. Drink 1% milk or skim milk. Drink water instead of cola's or at least clear diet soda's. Get out and walk a mile or two daily. Take a friend with you. Now, if you want to pick up an exercise I do and get paid for it. Pick up the aluminum cans people throw away. That is free money and you will be exercising. Everytime you find a can, you have to bend ove and pick it up. Cans are at .76 pounds at the local recycler. If your in the city with the big plant is, you can get top dollar of 1.26 pound. Takes on average of 28 cans to make a pound. Good luck

Jogging will not only help you lose weight but also make your physique flexible and charming. In addition to this, drinking lots of water will make your face skin glow and attractive. And also drink juices and take some fruits in your lunch.
