my boss is very much hard working...but 1 day my boss told anee(changed name of boss ps)to stay back...i left my labtop in office..so returned..wen i return...my boss trying to kiss her... i found him doing something...with his sercetary(she is 19 and yr boss is 45)she was trying to stop him but he continued and finally after few mintue...he actually pentitrated into her....she was shocked so..did not say anything to him..so he thought tat c is will...now everyday he do the same...girl is frustrated and i think c may sucide..i m very worried abt her...wat shall i do...

ask her to report and quit the job as soon as possible and get rid of that crook boss.

poor girl she don't want to lose her job and that´s why she don't react! i think your boss is losing his mind, i understand you're worried about her it's a dificult situation but i think you have to talk with her and help her resolve that situation because if is your boss it's to risked for you say something to him

report it as soon as possible. what he has done is wrong and has created a trauma to the girl.. anee would be carrying that in her mind for the rest of her life
