Help me out here. I'm in pain. How to stop back pain that cuts your breath off??

I take lipitor because of a heart problem, but it messes with my muscles. Today I got up and could hardly move without my breath being cut off. I couldn't even hold the kettle under the tap to put water in it. The pain reminds me of my honeymoon. I won't go into details but every time I turned my body left or right it was like a sword being stabbed into me. Any suggestion to help with this pain?

Have you considered seeing a chiropractor? It could be that your back is out of adjustment and is pinching a nerve. I have problems with that sometimes. Good luck to you, there is nothing quite like back pain!

As long as you do something I won't nag. You should know that back pain can be a sign of heart attack too. Don't just blow it off.
