There are so many youngsters who want to join the film industry. They have big dreams. But this is not so easy. The film directors and producers also know this fact. So they try to take advantage of this situation and sxually exploit these youngsters. They offer them roles and breaks in exchange to sleeping with them. This is what we know as the Casting Couch. This is a big problem and steps should be taken to stop this.
