Ok last week a wrote a post on how supportive are mylot users, in weight loss. Update:4 days ago my weight was 191 now I am 188 I called this my post diet plan as I didnt do any heavy workouts durning this time however in this next week I intend to workout 2 - 3 hours per day. in these 4 days I cut back carbs and calories and workout here at the house about 15 mins a day. for further details just ask and I will be glad to be more detailed. ok here is my plan for the upcoming week Eating: 1300 calories/few carbs No Sodas NO Sweets Drink Lots of water Working out: 2-3 Hours a day either at the gym or at home Weight loss supplement: T-Lite My Goal: is to lose 3 pounds a week My weight goal: is to be 140 I do want to say sorry for I said I would post a pic of myself I took the pic with my cellphone but I havent found my cable that puts the pics on my computer so I am hoping I will find it by next week. The reason I am posting this is because I am motivated by the fact that I feel in doing this that I have to give a good report witch then makes me choose the right foods and makes me want to work out. so this is going to be a postive thing for me, as long as people are encourgeing and interest I think it will have a positive effect on me. Also I hope This inspires others to lose weight. Every week I will update my progress with a new post next friday my post will be " Loseing weight post #2" It will contain my weight and what I am doing to lose it. please help me stay motivated and I hope I am encourageing other as well!

Hi crystal, I recently lost 80 pounds and curently working on my last 20. I am happy to see when people are determined to start and change their lives for the better. It is great that you have put some type of plan together but If you don't mind I could possibly share a little information with you to help you along the way, some the obstacles you will face, and make it a smoother transition than just going at it. Which is exactly what I did but it was a rough journey and if I would have had the guidance of someone that would let me know how it would be it would have been alot easier. if you would like you can always ask me for some tips.

Hi Crystal, There are many things you should do as you get started. Such as take your measurements, take your before pictures in a bikini not just clothes. To get the most out of your diet you need to first shock your system by eating extemely healthy for about two weeks. With the first 3 days eating raw veggies such as colliflower, Broccoli, green peppers, spinach leaves. I know it sounds a bit rough but you can eat as much as you want of this food:), I know, but take advantage of your motivation and this is one of the rare times during your diet that you will be able to do this. After the 3 days it wont be nearly as bad. Also, drink plenty of water, take a multivitamine 3. 1 colin cleanse with every meal, 1 goldenseal, 1 acidiphilous and 1 garlic tab with every meal.. This 3 day process is to help you detox your system and start fighting the yeast that is in your intestinal wall that I am sure lives there if your weight gains were do to eating high carb foods and sweets. There is alot more info to share for example this is only for the first 3 days. I am starting to write a book on my personal journey of weight loss that will be very detailed but I cant possibly tell you everything you need to know in one post. Although I will definitely share with you as much as I can.

Congrats you are very determined and that is important when dieting. I too am dieting to lose 20 pounds. I have already lost 25 pounds and if I lose 20 more I will be my goal weight of 140. Stick to it and good luck. I felt great when I was able to throw out my size 18 and buy size 12. You keep it up and keep me posted on how it's going.

I'm very happy for you that you are now getting what you want. It is just a matter of discipline if you really want to aim something it is only up to the person. I also hope you can encourage people to loose weight also by your testimonial I guess you will for your statement is really encouraging.

yeah for you! Remember at first you will lose pretty fast (as you did with 3 pounds in a week) it's mostly water weight. You will then slow down, when you get to that point do NOT give up!! 1 lb a week is healthy, so when you slow down just shoot for 1 lb a week.

Congratulations, and keep up the good work. Your approach sounds very sensible and healthy. Just remember that when you hit the inevitable plateaus, don't think of it as a failure, it is just your body's way of adjusting to the new lower weight.

You may want to add CLA and some fatty acids 3,6,9 to your diet. It will help convert your fat into mucle (not bulky though). I am trying to loose weight I gained while on Lexapro and gained about 65 pds. I am now at 173 was at 182 about 2 weeks ago. So you have my support.

keep drrinking apple cider it helps lost you weight as well as herbal tea called leng zhi. But keep up the good work.
13 Jan 07
I heard apple cider is really bad for you -- it makes you bloated and can lead to dizzyness etc from too much sugar in your blood system. And Leng Zhi can make you ill...

Step 1 Once you reach target, add 250 calories a day to your existing daily calorie intake. This means if you’ve been having 1,250 calories each day, you should now have 1,500 calories a day. Step 2 After a week, weigh yourself on your usual scales. You’ll probably have lost a little more weight. If so, add another 250 calories to last week’s daily allowance. So, if you were having 1,500 calories a day, now have 1,750 calories daily. Step 3 After a week, weigh yourself again. If you’ve lost more weight, add an extra 250 calories to your daily intake, for example from 1,750 calories to 2,000 calories each day. Step 4 After a week, if your weight has stabilised that’s the amount of calories you need each day to keep your new slim shape. If you’ve gained a tiny amount, drop your daily calorie intake by 100 calories, for example, from 2,000 calories to 1,900 calories daily. After a week, weigh yourself again. If your weight has stayed the same, that’s the amount of calories you need each day for weight maintenance. If your weight has gone up or down, juggle your daily calorie intake by 50 calories a day until your weight eventually stabilises. Step 5 Weigh yourself once a week on your usual scales until you are confident that you’re maintaining your healthy weight.

NICE JOB on the 3 pound loss! How tall are you? It might help tell if you're under, in, or overweight. I've heard that Slimfast REALLY helps with weight loss foods, and kind of improves the amount of weight you lose. If you gain weight after going to the gym, don't be surprised. Muscles also build up while you're also burning calories and fat, so keep up the good work!
