Can anybody tell me y the star ratings decrease? / myLot

I was having a star rating of 9 till y'day but today i find it has decreased to 8. Do u know the reason for this if yes please share with me.

I started off a 10 and decreased to a 9 the next day. :( I think it goes by the number of members who give you + on your posts, or best responses to your posts. The more you get, the more popular you are. If you didn't post much yesterday, than there wasn't much for people to rate. Could be why your star rating slipped.

I don't think it depends on how much he posted. Perhaps he started get a few more - ratings than + ones so it went down. According to mylot, the star rating won't change because you aren't here for a while to post. Only if the quality of posts go down.

The rating system here works on what other members rate you. So every time you get (-) or a (+), your rate is increasing or descrease according to what other members have rated you.
