Any form of betting which includes money or things in exchange of profit is gambling. playing games online usually involves bets. i dont see anything wrong with these sort of games so long as it is done in moderation and only for fun. if a persons is already addicted to this and betting has become a habit, its not good at all. there is no difference with it from the gambling in the real world.

Yes it is gambling as the person above explained. I don't think kids should be allowed access to this. I don't even really like when I see kids and their parents betting. Like when I hear a parent say "i'll bet you one chore if i am right". Growing up I never bet, and I still don't. I always say I'm not betting on the off-chance I'm wrong. I do not enjoy money-games b/c I feel bad when I lose even a few dollars, so I think it's best not to teach kids to bet or gamble and hopefully they won't be into it as an adult.

That is a rather narrow point of view, but I appreciate your comment anyway. I bet you would like to make money on this site and that is why you responded to my discussion.
