I know small children are like sponges for knowledge, i have 7 children but with my youngets she is 3 years old,i have noticed she can memorize things very quick at 15 months she already knew the colors, shapes, alphabet, animals names, parts of the body,by 18 months she was saying "our father" prayer,at 2 knew the letters sound, now she is 3 and she knows the planets, the continents and she is trying to put letter together to make words, she also memorize the books that i read to her.I am planing to homeschool her but i am afraid that by the time we make it to kindergartner i won't have much to teach her and i do not want to rush to label her as gifted, any suggestion?

Your daughter sounds very smart. My daughter is much the same way. I homeschool her and she's doing second grade work and she's only 5. The thing that works the best for us is to read tons of books about anything that interests her or that I feel she should learn. I'm sure there are places where you can take her to get her tested for free. She sounds gifted to me. I would take her in, just so you know, and because if you are homeschooling her you will want to make sure you are challenging her so she doesn't get bored.
