I want to loose weight!

I need some help and advise on the best program or plan to loose a few pounds?

Exercise is the essence. You dont stop eating. you have to still eat but not as much as u usually eat. Eat less carbohydrate and eat fruit if u want for breakfast. Jogging for 1 hour or go to gym at least 3 times a week. if u want to be fast then jog everyday for about 1 hour. if u are tired, u just have to force it a bit.

hey , , what country are you from by the way? , , i know this chinese reducing pills that made me lose weight in a matter of one week!!! can you believe it? , , and you don't have to eat less,, you can eat as much as you want, , , it is not like other slimming teas that will make you wanna go to the bathroom every other minute , , it's effective , , it's color pink , , aww man , , i don't know how to read it's label , , it's japanese or chinese i think , , i don't know

You have to find a healthier lifestyle that works for you. For me I have had some success eating raw fruits, vegetables and nuts/seeds most of the day and then eating a "normal" dinner. Also getting whatever exercise you can in a day is important. You have to find something that works with your life though, or it will just be a passing fad and you will gain the weight back later.

yoga is the best program...learn yoga and learn how to control ur body...

i hope ...... next year you will be much slimer ...listen crystal ..my advice to you is no not go for diet nad regulas workouts.....you just go for yoga... look for a good yoga instructor......it will be nice for you ....as its good for body and mind....you will lot encouraged by this ....and also you will be having mental satisfaction...if you go will regular workouts..some time you will get bog down... if you dont see the results... yoga is more effective off the lot.....this my aadvice ....atleast ...you just give a try ...you will be suprised by the results....becs.....i have see someone experiencing ....thts why iam saying to you .... my friend had shed 30 kg from 2 months ..... he was 101...kg ....71..kg...and he happy nowdays with 69 kg.. he is lot slimmer.....now noone calls him a fatty... there is no side effects....
