Hii friend seems like you want to expeience it too. i have experienced it. I am a memeber of Art Of Living and frankly saying i it has changed my life now. I did the courses of Art Of Living two years before and i cant epress the feeling that i felt while doing the course. It is a combination of meditation and kriya. I my view only meditation will nao help you because our body is never prepaired for this. The courses that art Of Living gives, helps you to bring your body to that level when you can really go for medication. Believe me it is from my own experience i am saying it. I dont get paid for any thing but just i want to spread the word hat i have felt the power of the course and so every can also have an experience better than me.
