Five concepts of Mental Health

A person who is happy, energetic and peace loving. A person who knows his limitations but is not discouraged by them for he is also aware of his personal assets. He makes mistakes but is also able to recognize them and tries to avoid repeating them again. He is able to keep his emotions under control instead of allowing them to control him. He is content with the present acheivements and is able to adjust and adapt to his needs
