How many of us here have antiglare fix to our monitors? It is very important if you do not have one. Research have shown that the monitor usually emits some powerful rays that is dangerous to health (although the risk is low). Even though the risk is low, it is better for one to protect him/herself from health hazards caused by what we use to get our work done. Antiglare is like a glass board that you can fix to your monitor to prevent the ray coming from you monitor from getting to your chest.

Yes I have the antiglare screen fitted on my monitor but inspite of that my eye sight has sufered alot due to long time on the computer, I have to put eye drops in my eyes for about ayear now, without the screen I think it would have been worse,

Anti Glare is a must if you work longer than 2 hours at a time on the Computer. You can either have Anti Glare Screen fixed over your monitor or you can go for ANti Glare Lenses in your specs which serve the same purpose. The Anti Glare Screens can be quite ugle looking on some monitors so I prefer having Anti Glare Lenses instead.
