Quite often I find people driving and talking on their cellphones at the same time. This is very dangerous for them as well as for others. What do you think should be done to avoid talking on cellphones while driving?

i think the cops should watch this closely and anybody who does so will have to be penalized for this.No matter who they are, they must be convicted and only then it will stop..

I have found for some people even a normal conversation can distract them from driving. I have seen so many people waving their arms about trying to get their point across but forgetting that they are actually in control of a vehicle. I have found if people can have a normal conversation in a car and concentrate on driving then they can use a hands free kit in a car. For all the people who insist on holding their phones in their hands whilst driving I think they should all be fined. Once they have been fined I think they should have a device fitted to their car that prohibits the use of a mobile phone from working in a car. They have yet to invent one of these :)
