Is a man a sinner?

A child of an innocent fisherman was kidnapped by ruthless terrorist. They nurtured and nursed the child. By doing so they trained that child and trandformed him till he become a man who is more ruthless than his kidnapper. Is the child a sinner? Is his soul go to hell?

Nice question, I am an atheist, but will answer the question as I see it.
Suppose that there is a god, the christian God (and Jesus, Holy Ghost, etc).
In my opinion the kidnapped is not a sinner, since he was taught from early childhood to bad things in our eyes, but good in his eyes. I assume here that he was completely programmed to be so (don't know if it is possible).
Answering your second question, if we have souls the soul of the kidnapped should not go to hell, because he never knew what was right or wrong, to the society or according with the bible, etc.
