No, it is not at all needed.

Reservation is needed. But not based on caste system. It should be based on the financial status of the person. It is important to have reservation in jobs because that is the incentive for the poor person to study. Poor remains poor today because he know even if he studies, he will not get a high paying job and in the end he will have to do farming, so there is no point for him to study. Therefore, they must be shown the importance of studying and the effort govt is doing to get them to study. For example in Kerals literacy rate is 100% for the reason that government has atleast identified one sector where the women and men are getting jobs and that is the nursing industry and govt is promoting it.

It is a need!...But i dont know how to explain it!...For me it is coz maybe it help many people!...LOlz...No idea!...

This is a socio-political issue,but now a days many politicians use this issue for their own sake,I think there is no need of reservation,in government jobs,and in educational sectors,if the government is willing to help poor and backclass people they need to secure the primary education of them.Almost all poor and neddy part of this backclass community have no help with this reservation.It helps only the creamy part of this community.It must be stop,this types of reservation is not good for a country.

I think not just availability of jobs

Now reservation should be based on poverty line not at the cast level. It is observed that on cast basis reservation, the educated people are being educated more and the lower rank people in society are going down. There nothing is being done for them. Goverment should try to lift up such people who are really poor in the society. They can only be benefited by the reservation. Cast basis is not acceptable in society. This reservation policy has not yet reached to the villages. Villagers are still illiterate. They are not getting even a single job. The Govt must focus on village to uplift them in reality.

yes reservation is needed just only to boost up the deserving back-class students,definitely not for earning voted.govt jobs,educational sectors require brains and talent and therefore reservation should be made just enough to help the needy sc/st and definitely not for getting votes for theses backward classes people.selection should be made on the basis of merit and definitely not on class.thanks

i dont think so that it is needed in any sector..reservation should provided to a person who really need that like handicaps..

i dont feel that reservation is needed ...........a person should get job or admission on the basis of it talent not through reservation
