The internet should be allowed in exams

Imagine taking an exam online in say Politics,whwre you could use the internet as reference.Would this mean that everyone got the same mark or would you still be able to tell the brighter students based on the way they used the information?

yaa i think it should be alowed in exams because a person can be cheked well only in conditions like this.
