Is it fair to place someone with a low user rating in "All-time top users"??

Just curious what others think. Should you be classified as an "All-time top user" because you have posted thousands and thousands of times? Or should it be because you provide intelligent and structured responses and use the site to its best advantage? Surely responsible use of the site should hold more clout than sheer number of postings? I watched one user one day go from 500 to over 1000 in a matter of hours by posting "Happy New Year" sentiments in topic after topic. So was this user a top user for that day?

I don't think you are worthy to be called as such if you only post one liner topic. Perhaps you could be called "All time Top Poster" LOL =), I believe and i hope you'll agree with me that to be called as the "All Time Top User", one should have contributed greatly in mylot, by participating in discussions, posting and responding with quality in mind. Clearly those users who have gained such high rating within a short amount of time and by posting and responding one liner topics are in for the money.
