If you're engaging in activity that can get you in trouble it is smart to stay under the radar. Don't do anything that is going to draw too much attention to you. And if your at college, you especially should be careful cause it could get back to your parents or affect your standing at school. Just be slicker next time and don't get caught. But I'm by no means condoning your behavior.

Not what you want to hear but if you want to party like a 21 year old you have to be responsible like a 21 year old is expected to be. Meaning...you have to play by the rules. I can never understand why people that are doing things they are not suppose to be doing and they know they aren't suppose to be doing them (under aged drinking) why these same people want to be loud and draw attention to themselves. If I were doing something I wasn't suppose to be doing, I would do everything in my power to fly under the radar and not attract attention to ANYTHING I was doing. Minor in possession probably comes with some community service time. I guess you can chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Sorry, but it sound like maybe you should have turned the music down before they had to come back again or call the police.
