satellite channel sharing

Dear All, As I am new here , I just would like to discuss about sharing the satellite channels through a server which is broadcasting the signals and you receive them through software ex. WSP" windows sharing pack" and to have a connection from your serial port to your receiver port let's say " Arion" or "Heumex". Also you will pay for this server's owner a little monthly fee. to give you login name and password and also a "Deskey" something like that "0102030405060708091011121314" also my question is if i don't pay for this guy who own the shared server, how can I continue seeing those channels.
