What is laptop with mobile technology?

Please explain the above and also I would like to know if sim cards can be used in laptops for interent usage?

no sims cant be used in laptops...!!
mobile technology means that it will be portable....that is u ll be able to access internet while on the run!
also .... its performance would not be effected by the user taking it from one place to another! it would be durable!! it is always best to buy lapops with mobile tech.
mine has!!
