What is the characteristics to be a lectuerer?

from my observation until now and become one, i still didn't realize when i need to describe the characteristic of a lecturer. for me it's the same like a teacher. am i right?

Well you are right... The major thing that a lecturer should possess is that he should make the students understand what he is trying to teach them in a friendly and fun filled way...
