Its really a shame that in this day and age, someone could brutally murder so many children before the cops managed to catch up with him. It is also really sad that the cops turned a blind eye to it for so long

a man and his servant used to kill kids and stuff them in the gutter behind his house. the bones of the victims were found recently after people complained about the stench

It's indeed weird, but i don't think you can speak of 'in these times' cause it is that in the big citys every crime is controled or that there is more cops and security by cameras or whatsoever. But in this case i believe it's not really a big city so these bad things happen outside the city, away from the masses, sadly enough. And of course that the cops turned a blind eye towards the case is very wrong, fire those guys i would say, if it's your job than you'll do everything for it, certainly if you are working FOR the people.

its obvious that the cops were involved as they searched the premises a few months back and supposedly found nothing

Its very shame, what kind of peoples they are, there is no proper managment at Noida... Worst Police, Worst Corporation, Worst priminister...
