Jesus, a copy of mithra? is christianity false?

Anybody know about the story of mithra? Everything is the same about mithra's story and jesus' story, although the ideas of christianity have changed. Research about mithraism and mithras. There is some stuff on youtube on them as well. one video explains that its almost exact. does this meen that christianity false?
