For me it was CounterStrike, there was an extraordinary addiction for me since it was first until I learn many other games more worthwile playing.

My first online game was unreal tournament. And I some times still play it.
But right now I'm playing magic the gathering online. It's a lithe more calm game but I enjoy the community.

me too it was also the first online game i played in the internet. and it really hook me up up to now.. this game is awesome. i love the war of emperium.. seige!

well my first online game was rappelz online...I really dont play MMORPGs specially when you have to pay for prepaid cards, but when I saw rappelz and its stunning graphics I began playing it specially that its free to play.... you can check it out at www.gpotato.com

the first place i played an online game is at www.miniclip.com, but cant recall the name of the game,all i know was that the game was an online game.

ma first game was runescape.

the first game i played online is on battleon.net. its a pretty cool game but the website is kinda slow. its like a role playing game.

For me it was Doom..yes..the first one ages ago..i didnt really play in the web, i just took my laptop at a friends house and we did a few duels there.
The first time i played truly online was the first Unreal Tournament..i was on 56k modem at that time, i had a ping of more than 400 (lol) and i got killed at least 20 times for each kill i would do. But i was so extremely addicted that i would play over and over aniway.

Hmm if I am not wrong.. my first game online is Ragnarok Online ^^ I play as asassin haracter ^^ but just few days.. and I'll turn into o2jam and still love it until now ^^

The first online game i'e ever played was levelup games' OZ WORLD- its an online 3d chatting and fishing game wherein you do nothing but catch fish- and while catching fish get to chat with your fellow players. What you do is sell your catch then when youve accumulated a certain amount of gold- you can buy apparels, wigs, accessories, and fishing rods so you can catch bigger fishes, bottom line- u get to dress up depending on the number of golds that youve collected from catching various fishes and even items =)

same here, the first was cs 1.4 and i discovered how fun it was to play multiplayer online! since that i play almost only multiplayer online

The first online game I played was Ragnarok Online, back then i don't know any online games except for ragnarok. in time lots of 3d online games came out and i cant stop playing. ^^
