My internet has been restricted, we have no 3rd party programs that are able to do it and only one user account. We run windows Xp home edition. Is there a way to do it through xp or the network connection its self? IF you have any ideas on how this is being done plz reply. thanks for any help you give :)

Give me a few more details on what is excatly going on with is, I believe that is really pretty easy to fix, but I need to make sure I am thinking of the same issue your having. Internet Restrictions are that hard to fix, don't worry.

ok what is happening is my older sibling is very computer smart and he restricted my internet(he finds if funny, i guess). He isnt using a program to do it ( that i know of). So near as i can figure hes some how using a simple network or Windows xp tool to do it. I how ever cant figure out what it is ( im probally over looking it). what it does is it restricts access to certain sites , im pretty sure it singles out key words and if the web site has something to do with that phrase it blocks it. I play World of Warcraft and in order to get his fun he blocked those related sites. Also it blocks the world of warcraft program its self from connecting to the internet _

go into your internet settings and have a look, put them back default.
