liberty in life........

I think its both, oneself should have their liberty on everything they do but they should take the responsibility for their actions. But as citizen, we are bounded by duties and responsibility and we should also abide it. We cannot fully gain our liberty because we ourselves set the norm or standard for our society and somehow we should follow it.
